US IMPERIALISM continues to isolate itself from the rest of the world with its latest diplomatic faux pas when President Donald Trump threatened India with secondary sanctions over Russian oil buys, sending Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to a tighter embrace of Russia and China.
Meanwhile, the US Deep State is pulling its noose around the Philippines’ neck even tighter making it do even riskier tricks as it pushes the country ever higher in the proxy conflict-escalation ladder with China.
On August 11, 2025 the Philippine Coast Guard in another of its ‘assertive transparency’ operation under Project Myoushu of US Office of Naval Research, launched another of its “fuel and food deliveries” to Filipino fishermen at the Scarborough Shoal.
This operation itself exposes the lies of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), the first of which is the lie that the Chinese are preventing Filipino fishermen from fishing around the Scarborough Shoal.
The second lie it exposes is the PCG’s alleged “concern” for the welfare of the Filipino fishermen. If that was the real intention, the food and fuel would be more helpful if these were simply delivered at the fishermen’s homes.
The real intent of the PCG is to seek encounters with, and to provoke incidents, with the Chinese Coast Guard (CCG) and PLAN (Navy) for propaganda purposes. Hence, the presence of the embedded media each time they sail. Here, we see the PCG’s ulterior motive laid bare.
What is likely closer to the truth is the Global Times headline of the incident, ‘Collision of Chinese vessels in waters near China’s Huangyan Dao likely caused by avoiding hitting Philippine Coast Guard Ship: Expert.’
As a result of the collision between the two Chinese ships, a propaganda surge from the Philippine side thru its misinformed media shepherded by a slippery character like the PCG’s Jay Tarriela and equally misinformed official like AFP Chief Romeo Brawner, exploded over the incident.
Allegations of “dangerous maneuvers” fly against each other, but the complete video sequence clearly showed the PCG engaged in deliberate efforts to fish for a crash, crossing from port to cut the path of the Chinese ships.
The PCG only shows a very sort video clip as the PCG ship BRP Suluan speeds away from the CCG ship and veers right across the bow of the PLAN ship which obviously steered even harder right to avoid crushing the PCG ship.

The PCG’s lies were exposed further by the site where the incident happened – 10.4 NM (nautical miles) within the territorial sea of China around the Scarborough Shoal.
Stupid people and professional liars masquerading as “smart” and “patriotic” like Tarriela can continue to argue that Scarborough Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc is “ours.”
What he would not say is that China officially filed its baseline claims over Scarborough Shoal before the United Nations in December 2024 to advance its territorial rights solidified with enforcement thru regular patrols.
We never filed a similar claim nor did we contested China’s, at least as far as I know. Since this is the case, who is doing the intruding, the provocation, and the violation of laws? Us or China?
What Tarriela would not also say, because he is always blissfully ignorant, is that the Philippines is accepted by many to have abdicated its claim over Scarborough Shoal when it withdrew its Navy from the 2012 Scarborough Shoal standoff with the Chinese Navy upon the advice of then US Undersecretary of State Kurt Campbell.
This colossal error exposes the problem inherent in the Philippines’ claim since then, when it is a Western foreign power, US Imperialism, which decides our foreign policy.
