Collector Torralba said the activity forms part of the POM’s continuing effort to ensure the proper, lawful, and accountable disposition of goods forfeited in favor of the government.

Among the goods subjected to condemnation were grocery products, deteriorated LED lighting fixtures, furniture, medical supplies, mattresses, toothbrushes, and various household goods and personal effects.

The shipments were covered by Warrants of Seizure and Detention (WSDs) issued in various years and were subsequently ordered for condemnation under Order of Condemnation No. 01-2026.
